MasterPeace's profit is measured in "Changed Lives" ... and a positive
impact in the community. We understand that "Income" and "Profit"
are more than just terms, but additional standards and measurements of success, and must be addressed.
As each group of young people is sponsored and participates in the "Island
Impact" (Send A Child To Hawaii) program, MasterPeace will receive a "donation" from the sponsor that is greater than the cost per person to experience our ministry in Hawaii.
The margin will be applied to the Support Crew "Youth
helping Youth" program,
ongoing operational costs, promotional materials for sponsor groups, the
local community "School Impact" program, the National Media "HIGH IMPACT" Fund and future project development.
It is not our intention to "position ourselves" in the market in the normal sense of comparison to the competition. We wish to position ourselves as a conductor would a symphony... providing orchestration and leadership to optimize existing resources through the "STREET IMPACT ~ AMERICA" - "We Care That You Care"
Community Reunification Program.
Additionally, we intend to expand the capacity of "Island Impact"
in Hawaii and add centers in the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. These strategic facilities are needed to
take local leadership and teach, encourage, and support them, thus reproducing ourselves and our programs in communities throughout the world. The local leadershipwill be introduced to a national network of people who wish to help.
