You know, things couldn't have been much worse when Cindy and I met you folks at Morningstar Fellowship. Remember, I was just out of jail. We had no place to live. Our baby had been taken away, and I was back into drugs. The turning point was when we met you and gave our lives to Jesus, and you guys started teaching us how to live by what God said in the Bible.

With all of us living and working hard on the boat, it brought out a big problem that I had with anger, as well as bad attitudes in both of us. I remember one time I didn't want to polish the winches and you, Red, went up top without a word and did them yourself! What an example that was to me. I was really convicted. Thanks for taking the time to love, pray, and work through these things with us. With the Lord's love our lives were changed! Now I have a job, and God has brought healing to our family, especially some hurts of Cindy's past... and we are all back together again.

I look back to the day that you baptized us in the ocean, near Diamond Head. Do you remember, Red? And how neat it was to realize that we were really in the family of God. The church fellowship that you brought us to is great! We're growing more in His love all the time, as we put into action the principles and discipline that we learned from you. Thanks, Bro... for giving us true Aloha...(His Love).
